Specifications

Frame Construction
Primary frame constructed of 2"x3" and 3"x3" Gauge steel tubing. Other sizes used in support and bracing applications.

Frame Finish
Steel surface is sandblasted and/or chemically etched and then coated with electrostatically applied powdercoat paint.

Pulleys
Fiberglass reinforced nylon pulley with sealed bearings. Precision fit cable groove ensures proper cable tracking.

Upholstery
Cover is commercial grade fabric with 1.2mm overall thickness. Foam padding is 1ฝ" thick 7 lb. rebound. Seams are double stitched.

Weight Stack System
Patented Radial Locฎ weight system, provides for a tighter fit and less shifting between plates for a smoother, quieter motion. Self aligning bushings provide a friction-free surface between the weight plates and guide rods.

Cable
7x19 galvanized steel cable with nylon coating.Diameter of cable is 1/8" coated to 3/16". Minimum breaking strength: 2,000 lbs.

Weight stack Guide Rods
3/4" cold drawn solid steel with chrome finish.

Linear Bearings
Linear ball bearing housed in fully enclosed pillow blocks. Coefficient of friction: .001-.004.

Linear Shafting
Induction hardened (Rockwell 60-65) shafting with a hard chrome finish is used for all linear bearing applications. Shafts self-align for optimum smoothness.

Minimum depth of hardness
.060 – .080

Straightness tolerance
.0005" – .001" per foot.
