From Cory Everson
As I look back on the training I did for the Ms. Olympia competitions, had I known about the benefits of heart rate monitoring, I would have been able to keep myself from over-training. I could have set my upper and lower heart rates and completed my workouts in the proper training zone, to be sure I was getting the best results possible. Now that I know about the tremendous benefits of Freestyle® heart rate monitor watches, I use them for all my fitness activities. Whether I am training for a competition, or just out for a walk, my heart rate monitor watch lets me know when I am pushing myself too hard, or not enough. Everyone of us needs to listen to our body to monitor our progress. Who wouldn't want their own personal training partner? Good Luck, and have fun! Cory Emerson |
